Refund Policy

    How Will You Be Refunded?

    At SHUKRANA CREATIVES AND CARE COMPANY, we ensure our products are thoroughly checked to minimize the need for returns.  However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, our refund policy is transparent.

  1. Defective/Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, we are open to refunds. Simply take a photo of the product and share it with us at shukranacreativesandcareco@gmail.com. Once our team verifies the issue, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address to our warehouse. You will receive a tracking number for the reverse pickup to track the return. Once we receive and verify the product, we will process the refund. In case of a customer complaint of any damaged product, the company will refund the amount of the product. Free products, logistic charges, tax paid on product service charges and tax paid on gateway payments are not refundable

    2. Refund Timeline: Refunds are typically completed within 8-10 working days. If the refund does not appear in your account within this timeframe, you can follow up with us at shukranacreativesandcareco@gmail.com.

   3. Refund Method:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (bank account/cards).

  • COD Orders: Refunds will be credited after confirmation from the customer. Please note that we do not refund the shipping charges for COD orders.

  • Customers should make the unboxing video of the product from top to bottom. The company will not entertain the defective product without an unboxing video.

    4. Responsibility for Delays: Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any delays in crediting the refund to the                             cardholder's account, which is managed by the cardholder's issuing bank.
