General

1.1 SHUKRANA CREATIVES AND CARE COMPANY, located at Shop No. 2, First Floor, S.U. Block D.D.A. Market, Pitampura, Delhi-110034, manages and operates the website www.shukranacreativesandcareco.com, which allows users to buy divine idols and their caring products

1.2 This delivery and shipping policy ("Policy"), in conjunction with the Terms, outlines our practices and processes for delivering and shipping products ordered on SHUKRANA CREATIVES AND CARE COMPANY.

1.3 Our items are shipped and delivered worldwide. We strive to provide the best customer experience possible by working with leading logistics service providers to process your purchase efficiently and ensure a pleasant experience obtaining the product you ordered. We will make every commercially reasonable effort to ensure that the products are delivered to you on time.

1.4 By using SHUKRANA CREATIVES AND CARE COMPANY and/or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy. Every time you visit SHUKRANA CREATIVES AND CARE COMPANY, we encourage you to read and understand the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree to the terms set out in this Policy, you should not use, access, or transact on SHUKRANA CREATIVES AND CARE COMPANY.

Terms of Shipping and Delivery

2.1 We generally ship orders within 48 hours of receiving the order. The maximum time for shipment to reach the delivery location is 10 days, with a typical turnaround time of 2-7 days. In case of any exceptions, we proactively inform our customers about their orders.

We work with third-party logistics service providers to transport and deliver products to you. You will be given an approximate delivery date for the product you ordered. Once the order is verified, we will notify you of the expected timeframe on the order confirmation page. We will also provide information about your orders after they have been shipped to the email address and/or cellphone number you provided/registered with us. While we distribute products through our logistics partners, we reserve the right to ship and deliver products without using any logistics partners or third-party service providers.

2.2. You acknowledge that while we make every effort to ship and deliver our items across the world, we reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, whether certain locations are unsuitable for product delivery. In such instances, we may not be able to process your purchases. If a location is deemed unserviceable, we will inform users when they place an order. You may also check if a location is serviceable by entering the applicable area pin code on our platform.

2.3. To ensure timely delivery of ordered products, we may collect certain information from you, such as your name, shipping address, billing address, location, contact information, etc. You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide is accurate and complete. If we fail to deliver the purchased products due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you, you will be solely responsible. We will not be held accountable if you fail to provide accurate and complete information.

2.4. We will make every effort to deliver the ordered product to your specified address within the anticipated delivery timeline. If you are not available to take delivery, our logistics partners will attempt delivery up to three times. If the third attempt fails and you remain unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel the order and process the return. We may deduct any shipping and delivery expenses incurred from any refunds issued following such cancellation.

2.5 While we strive to ensure timely delivery, you understand and acknowledge that delivery may be delayed due to logistical issues beyond our control, unsuitable weather conditions, political disruptions, acts of God, or other unforeseeable circumstances. In case of delay, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you. We disclaim any liability for failure to advise or warn you of delays in delivery and will not be liable for any claims arising from such delays.

2.6. We treat our logistics partners, workers, and agents with the utmost respect for ethics and integrity, and expect them to conduct themselves professionally. However, we have no control over the conduct of delivery personnel and cannot supervise each delivery executive. We shall not be liable for any acts or omissions by our delivery agents, logistics partners, or their personnel, including service deficiencies, wrong deliveries, package tampering, etc. Any disputes with delivery personnel must be resolved independently, and we will not be liable for such disagreements.

2.7. When you place an order, we hand over the product to our logistics partner. You will receive a unique tracking number to track the delivery status. You can monitor the status and position of your order using this tracking number on our platform or the logistics partner's website/app. We work closely with logistics partners to ensure timely updates of tracking statuses. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or correctness of the tracking status due to potential time delays and technical difficulties beyond our control.

2.8. We reserve the right to charge or collect shipping fees on products. Shipping fees may vary based on product value, type, delivery location, payment method, and other factors. We may collect these fees on behalf of the logistics partner. If we charge shipping fees, they will not be refunded in case of a return request unless the product is found to be faulty, damaged, deficient, or incorrect due to our error. Upon delivery, the title and risk of the products transfer to you.

2.9. We facilitate the return of purchased products through our reverse logistics partners. Once a return request is officially recognized, our reverse logistics partners will contact you to recover the product. Returns and exchanges are processed in compliance with our Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy.
